Orla O'Gorman
	Orla is an experienced corporate financier having worked on both the advisory and corporate side of a wide variety of public and private transactions. She has been Involved in debt and equity fundraisings, acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures, ESOPs, corporate restructuring and strategic planning.

Orla has a Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Accounting from University College Dublin and is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
